Tempeh Tofu Green Veggie Scramble

Creamy protein rich lunch with two types of soy: tofu (which i'm sure you all know) & tempeh, which is fermented tofu and better for you than regular tofu. I wanted to make something with green veggies because they are rich in calcium and just healthy in general. Also you know I've been obsessed with broccoli. That dip sauce you see on the picture is a German product which as far as I know is only available at the german drugstore chain Mueller. It's made with wild garlic and it's so delicious with potatoes or whole grain bread. Seeing how its super hard to get I will try to recreate it if I get the chance this week. Anyone who hasn't tried it is definitely missing out!

Ingredients:
1/3 cup Broccoli
1/3 cup Fennel
1/2  Medium White Onion
1 handful of Spinach
2 cloves of garlic
2 pieces of tempeh (1 piece was about one ounce)
1 ounce of tofu
1 tbsp coconut or olive oil
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1-2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp wild garlic dip if you have access to it, and if not try hummus (optional)

Its super late so I will finish this post in the morning. It's a basic stir fry so if you are desperate to try it now it should be pretty self explanatory once you know the ingredients.

Good night loves,

J
