Buddha's Chia Chocolate pudding


Perfect dessert for any day you're feeling a bit under the weather. 
Chocolate or more specifically Raw cocoa makes you happy. Especially us girls.
So before you go Zen out and do some yoga have this little treat to make your day just a little brighter.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
1/2 cup almond milk (preferably chocolate flavor)
1 tbsp honey/maple-syrup/agave to sweeten
1/4 cup cashews or almonds 
1 teaspoon coconut oil

Mix the chia and the almond milk and wait/stir until a sticky gel texture is reached. Stir in the cocoa powder and blend it with the rest of the ingredients.
You can refrigerate it like I did but I'm sure it tastes great warm with some hot raspberries.
