Happy Thanksgiving #getfat

Brussels, Cauliflower, Sweet potato, cranberry sauce and Vegan Turkey. More loaded in veggies than anything else you will be able to eat twice as much as anyone else, and you won't feel suicidal once you're done. Unless you eat 3 pieces of my Vegan Pumpkin pie. Whole foods and Trader Joes decided to sell Vegan stuffing this year and I managed to brew a Vegan gravy.
I didn't feel tempted to eat my meat eating friends' food once, and I felt satisfied beyond belief. I also made a delicious Fall style Salad with Ginger Roasted Butternut Squash, Toasted Walnuts, Cranberries, Harvest Blend Greens & a creamy dressing.
Browse the stores for Vegan holiday treats, but don't be afraid to make things from scratch it'll pay off and you will save yourself some money and energy from digesting highly processed soy. Of course these are the holidays, so even my health nutty, no carbs, fats or soy ladies; maybe it's time to let down your hair and open you belt. Just eat up and be thankful that any weight you gain can be easily lost with a bit of weekend cardio.
