Light French Bistro Nourriture


Im currently reading the book "How to be a Parisian wherever you are", and that just really got me into the mood for french bistro food. What I made is simple. Just some steamed Green Veggies & A little garden Salad with Mixed Spring Greens, white onion, cucumber, tomato, parsley & sprouts. Of course ground black pepper and Mediterranean sea salt cannot be missed. Ever.
For the Salad maybe try a agave Dijon vinaigrette or just some apple cider vinegar & olive oil. Easy to make, healthy & simple.
Also the book is really funny and sweet.
