Baked Rosemary Potatoes

Growing up in Germany means growing up around potatoes. They are so underrated when it comes to health and good digestion. It always depends on the way you prepare things. A Baked potato with sour cream and bacon or fries from any fast food chain are obviously drained in oils and cholesterol and are not a healthy choice in any way whatsoever.  These however are such a filling healthy meal, and so tasty.

Time: 35-40 minutes      Prep: 5 minutes        Baking: 25-35

1 portion of fingerling potatoes
3 springs of Rosemary 
2 springs of Thyme
3 cloves of garlic
1-2 tbsp with olive oil 
sea salt & black 
pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 500 F.
Wash potatoes and place baking sheet on cookie sheet. 
Mix potatoes in bowl with rosemary, cut garlic and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Pour potatoes on Baking Sheet and lower temperature to 425 F.
Put potatoes in oven for 25-35 minutes.
