Im a Panda Rice Pasta Bowl with Avocado

Im a Panda, just cause I eat with bamboo chopsticks and cut on a bamboo board... I actually didn't even.... Listen, eating pasta with chopsticks is hard shit, but I promise I will practice. Yesterday was MY LAST DAY OF SCHOOL EVER! Fuck. What the hell do I do now? Blog I guess...
As you can probably tell my mind is everywhere, so it's hard to formulate words, let alone sentences right now. I will keep it short, but I honestly feel like I just lost some sort of safety net. Like the label "student" no longer applies to me, so what am I now, first and foremost? Do you know what I mean?
Maybe thats a good thing. I no longer have limitations. I will get to the recipe now, because I am getting hungry and this was amazing. Obviously ^

1 package of Rice Pasta
2 medium carrots
1/2 Avocado
1/2 cup of Peas Shoots
1/2 cup of Spinach
1/2 cup of green bell pepper
1 slice of onion
Soy Sauce to Taste
Wasabi Dressing (from whole foods, or mix wasabi with a bit of apple cider & sesame oil)
Juice of half a lemon
Black pepper to taste

You cook the Pasta according to the instructions, then you drain it and run it through cold water. Or I guess, run cold water through it.
Then you peel your carrots with a potato peeler, but you don't stop after you've peeled the skin.
You continue until there is no carrot. Wow...
Why is it a potato peeler anyway? If I peel a carrot with it, it officially makes it a carrot peeler.

Move on to cut your pepper however you want to, and your sprouts too.
Put the Pasta in a big bowl and arrange all the ingredients nicely. Top it with the mashed Avocado and drizzle it with soy sauce, lemon, pepper and the Wasabi dressing.

I can't believe I made it through this post.

Have a great day babies,
