When bae cooks of you | Vegan Banana Brownie



Hello hello welcome back to "When bae cooks for you",
Today my segment is on no other than the beautiful und talented Jessica Yenilmez also known as Alter Evil. This awesome lady turned vegan last September, and it's not looking like a phase.
This recipe is amazing for all of you health conscious mindfoodists with a sweet tooth like ours. This recipe is both gluten and sugar free, and full of goodness. 

So here is what she came up with - 

Ingredients:

3/4 cup of gluten free flour (rice in this case)
1/2 ripe avocado
2 ripe bananas
4 medjool dates
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 bar of chocolate coverture
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 tsp of sea salt

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a baking dish with a sheet.
2. Melt the coverture in a bowl over a pot of steaming water/
3. Mash 2 bananas, 4 dates & the avocado
4. Blend the three together and add the gluten free flower.
5. Mix the salt & the coconut oil in with the chocolate
6. Add the flour mix to the chocolate mix.
7. Transfer the whole thing to your baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.

We like our brownie to be quite gooey so just keep checking with a toothpick to see how its doing.

Im guessing you all know how to make banana ice cream, but I'll explain it anyway, for our newbies (all you need is bananas):

Freeze bananas overnight, blend them in a food processor.
Yea... thats it.
